Shipping FAQs
- We do our best to ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
- Customers pay actual shipping costs calculated at check. We DO NOT make any money off of shipping. We believe it is unethical to charge you more than the service provided.
- Tracking will be provided via email when the label is printed. This does not mean it is on it's way. Allow 24-48 hours to start tracking Please do not email us if you receive tracking and you haven't given it 24-48 hours to show up. Emails like this cause lots of admin delays. Be the customer you would want to do business with. You are not a princess.
Insurance/Liability
- Gluten Free Gear is not responsible for porch pirates. If you live in a bad neighborhood move or setup security cameras, buy a big dog, hide in the bushes or better yet purchase "SHIPPING INSURANCE."
- If you do not purchase insurance and a package is stolen, we are not responsible and will not replace the package. As a small business with low margins, we cannot afford to do this.
Missing Packages
- If an item says delivered but you can't find it check with your neighbors or the grandma down the street. Shipping carriers miss deliveries from time to time. We do not work for USPS or Fedex. File a missing package claim with USPS, they are very helpful.

How do I return an order?
- Send us an email via the contact page or just reply to the order invoice!
- Returns must be started within 7 days from item delivery.
- Payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Unused/New Items can be returned for a 20% restocking fee.
- Damaged packages will be subject to a 25% restocking fee since the item can no longer be sold as "NEW".
- Customers are responsible for 100% of the return shipping costs. If the customer is provided a prepaid label, that cost will be deducted from the refund.
- If the return gets lost in transit, GLUTEN FREE GEAR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. Please insure them if this is something you are worried about.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All Suppressor and Firearm purchases are final sale no exceptions.
