If you have an upper receiver you want assembled because you're worried about buggering it up or don't have to tools you've come to the right place. We have been assembling uppers for over a decade with an emphasis on precision, attention to detail and no corners cut. I will handle your build with extreme care and treat it like my own.
What does this service include? It includes assembly of your upper receiver with a standard gas block and muzzle device. Everything is assembled with proper manufacturers torque specs and high quality armorers tools. You handguard will be installed and aligned to the upper so you don't have issues zeroing IR/Laser devices. We do offer additional services like pinning gas blocks, installing knurled set screws, timing suppressor muzzle devices. We can even check for suppressor alignment using an alignment rod and a suppressor we have on hand.
After placing an order for this service, we will send you an email with some instructions of where to send your parts and how to pack them.
Work to be performed:
Choose assemble if you would like us to only assemble your upper receiver. Choose disassemble/reassemble if you need an existing upper disassembled with new parts installed
Build Options:
Choose any of these additional services to customize your upper. Only choose pin gas block if you has a gas block with a build in drilling flat like the SLR or FCD gas blocks.
Choose dimpled barrel, knurled set screws and or red loctite if you want a bomb proof install without pinning. This is recommended for any upper where you want the utmost accuracy
We recommend not pinning gas blocks on upper that are precision builds. There is a reason that Criterion does not recommend pinning.
Muzzle Device Timing:
Choose no timing if you have a normal flash hider like a Surefire 3 prong or Rearden R2.
Choose neutral timing if you have a muzzle brake or a ported flash hider like a Warcomp
Choose left/right hand if you want a ported flash hider to be biased to your dominate side of shooting
Shims:
If your muzzle device comes with shims, send those in. If you would like us to provide them, please choose that option.
SHIPPING INSURANCE (READ ME!)
All packages come default with $500 insurance that is built into the price of this service. This is a non negotiable because we do not want you or us to be liable in the event that USPS/UPS loses your package or damages it during transit. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please do so. It is $1.10 per additional $100 of insurance. The amount of insurance you choose from the drop down is the total amount your package will be insured for.
